Within the Zumba® classes there are many dance styles instructed and when you attend a class there are handouts available for 4 principle steps as a reference to aid your learning of these and additionally to compliment these there are online instruction demonstrations available too which can be accessed by clicking here

If you have attended a class already, you would have received a welcome email with a link to access these together with your account details.

You can always also ask at class for further instruction individually and we will be delighted to help wherever we can to make your dancing experience more enjoyable.

If you have attended a class, course or program with us you can access online workouts FREE OF CHARGE by clicking here

Login to your account and then click on the online workouts tab.  Please always warm up before exercise, modify to which works for you and please do not do if you are uncomfortable with.

If at any time you feel that you are exercising beyond your current fitness abilities or feel discomfort, dizziness or shortness of breath you should discontinue with exercise immediately.
