  • For the more mature dancer, those who have been away from dancing and exercise for a while or those that want a lower intensity dance class.

    The classes are fun, friendly, welcoming and sincerely supportive and welcoming.

  • This is a gentle class for those that wish to relax, stretch , strengthen and work on balance.

    Participants will work in a chair most of the time.

    The instructor should be made aware of in advance of the course starting of any health/medical issues and it is recommended that you also liaise with your GP about participating in the course.

  • Mixed ability Hatha Yoga class that presents the principles of yoga to enhance wellbeing of mind, body and spirit.
    Themes apply for each of the classes and feature relaxation, stretching, strengthening, balancing, stress reduction, meditation and pranayama.
    This mixed ability class is suitable from 16 years +
    Please advise the instructor prior to attending if there are any health issues they need to be aware of. You will be asked to complete a health screening questionnaire on arrival at your first class (if you have not completed one with us before).

    Please bring mat with you together with blanket and block.
    Wear comfortable clothing to move in and also if you have yoga socks or socks with gripper on the soles please use these otherwise bear feet will be fine.

    This workshop is for mixed abilities and it is limited to 8 spaces so booking early is highly recommended.
