Every Course there is a new theme, please enquire directly to www.sevenoaksdancefitnessyoga.co.uk of the current theme.

We will use yoga practice to support the above but there will also be additional information provided.

Our aim is to enhance your wellbeing of mind, body and spirit.

The content features relaxation, stretching, strengthening, balancing, stress reduction, meditation and pranayama.
This mixed ability class is suitable from 16 years +

Please advise the instructor prior to attending if there are any health issues they need to be aware of. You will be asked to complete a health screening questionnaire on arrival at your first class (if you have not completed one with us before).

The venue: Borough Green Village Hall, off High Street, Borough Green, Kent TN15 8BJ

Please bring mat with you together with blanket and block if you have.

Wear comfortable clothing to move in and also if you have yoga socks or socks with gripper on the soles please use these otherwise bear feet will be fine.
